Shots taken through glass fish bowl.

These are shots I took as a suggested theme by Proud Photography of taking photos through glass or something transparent to find different outcomes.

I am looking into/through a small fish bowl containing a Siamese Fighting Fish. I did not really expect the result that I got.My Siamese Fighting Fish turned into a Siamese TWIN.The first shot is up the correct way. The second shot is turned anti-clockwise to the side (which means the fish bowl would be on its side - but I thought it looked better this way!). The third at bottom is up the correct way.You will see the water level mark in the bowl. I took the shots when the fish was at the surface, hence his reflection/refraction came out on the innerside of the glass above him as the bowl was not full. The tourquoise colour is an oval plate standing behind the fish bowl.

Sight Seeing of a King - Vista de Rei - Açores

This beautiful belvedere is located near the Lagoon of the Seven Cities. It's called Sight Seeing of a King because it was the place where the king Carlos and the Queen Amelia had enjoyed the scenery during their visit to the island of St. Miguel, in 1901. This is the "postal card" best known in the Azores and can be appreciated in all its splendor.

Monsanto - 900 hectares de floresta

Forest Park of Monsanto - Healthness and trees

In the nineteenth century, the Monsanto Mountains were covered by crops and pastures for livestock. The importance of cereal production is shown by numerous traces of windmills.
Also had several quarries in operation, which is extracted from the raw material
for the growing urban demand of Lisbon at the time.
In 1868 comes the idea of forest what would be the Forest Park of Monsanto, for the example of the Woods of Bologna, in Paris, a great park to walk in Lisbon. But in 1929 the first committee was formed to develop plan for afforestation of Monsanto Mountains.

Port Macquarie Light House - Pacific Ocean

This is a very small but well kept lighthouse at Port Macquarie that seems to attract many tourists. I believe it is one of the highest points of Port Macquarie and overlooks a vast expanse of the Pacific Ocean.
