It is rare that our native animals like to swim, but the heatwave that has hit south eastern New South Wales has lead the animals to water to cool off a little. The temperatures have been very high for a week or 2 in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide with daily temperatures in the high 30's and several days well over 40 degrees C in some areas.

Hi, I like your photos a lot. I am a big fan of travelling and taking pictures as well so here I my favourite picture from Norway: http://www.odyssei.com/travel-gallery/99018.html (during the Christmas time, I recommend it). I think I will come back here, so see ya later!
dragongly,
Thank you very much for your comments. I checked out your night view - beautiful with the lights over the bridge and the moon. Nice photography.
