I live in Australia and did not know that Kangaroos liked to swim!
Koala cooling off in the tubIt is rare that our native animals like to swim, but the heatwave that has hit south eastern New South Wales has lead the animals to water to cool off a little. The temperatures have been very high for a week or 2 in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide with daily temperatures in the high 30's and several days well over 40 degrees C in some areas.
